This dashboard is direction-aware. A KPI where lower is better turns red when it rises; one where higher is better turns red when it drops. You set the target and the amber limit per KPI, and the workbook does the rest.

Questions
Is the RAG status automatic?
Yes — from the target and amber limit you set per KPI. Change a limit and the whole history recalculates. For a weekly narrative report where RAG is a judgement call, the Weekly Project Status Report fits better.
Can I change the KPIs?
Yes. Rename any of the twelve, change direction, target and limit, or replace them with your own.
