About DeliveryDeskCo
Working documents for IT project and programme managers, written from inside real delivery programmes.
In short. DeliveryDeskCo publishes 36 editable Excel and PowerPoint templates for IT delivery work — RAID logs, cutover runbooks, steering committee packs, PMO dashboards, risk registers and more. Every template began as a working document on a live programme, then was cleaned up and generalised. Files are one-off purchases with instant download; there is no subscription and no account.
Where the templates come from
These are not designed from a textbook. Each one started as something built under deadline pressure on a real programme — a cutover runsheet written the week before a go-live, a RAID log rebuilt after the previous one collapsed under thirty columns, a steerco pack rewritten because the committee kept failing to make decisions.
What survives into a published template is the part that kept working across several projects. What gets removed is everything specific to one organisation. The result is deliberately plain: no macros, no add-ins, no branding to strip out, and no cleverness that breaks when you insert a row.
What “structure, not advice” means
A template cannot tell you whether your project is in trouble. What it can do is lay out the criteria, tables and checklists so the thinking has somewhere to land — and so the question you forgot to ask is sitting there in row 14. The judgement stays yours.
That is also why the guides on this site are written to be complete. If you read the cutover plan guide and build your own from scratch, that is a good outcome. The templates exist to save you the afternoon, not to keep the knowledge behind a paywall.
How it works commercially
Templates are sold through our Etsy shop, which handles payment, VAT and delivery. The RAID log is free so you can judge the quality first. There is no subscription and no account on this site.
