DeliveryDeskCo publishes editable Excel and PowerPoint templates for IT project managers, programme managers and PMO teams, written by a working IT programme manager.
What we publish
Thirty-six templates, covering the artefacts an IT delivery programme actually produces: RAID logs, dependency trackers, cutover runbooks, go/no-go checklists, rollback plans, steering committee packs, status reports, PMO portfolio dashboards, budget and vendor trackers, charters and closure reports.
Alongside them, 16 guides explaining each artefact in full — what belongs in it, how it is used in practice, and where it usually goes wrong.
Where they come from
Every template began as a working file on a live delivery programme. That is the whole basis of the product: these are not generic business spreadsheets with project words applied to them, they are the specific documents an IT programme produces, generalised enough to reuse.
It is also why they are shorter than most templates you will find. A RAID log with thirty columns looks thorough and is abandoned by week six. The one published here has eleven, because eleven is what gets filled in during a status meeting.
What DeliveryDeskCo deliberately does not do
No advice. The templates provide structure, not recommendations. They do not tell you whether to go live, what your risk appetite should be, or how to run your organisation. That judgement is yours, and it depends on context no template can see.
No methodology. Nothing here requires PRINCE2, PMI, MSP or SAFe. The artefacts are common to all of them.
No lock-in. Standard .xlsx and .pptx files. No subscription, no account beyond Etsy, no add-in, no cloud service that can withdraw access. If DeliveryDeskCo disappeared tomorrow your files would keep working.
No invented credentials. There are no awards, certifications or client logos on this site, because listing any would mean either naming an employer or inventing something.
How buying works
All templates are sold and delivered through the DeliveryDeskCo Etsy shop. Etsy handles payment and the download; DeliveryDeskCo does not collect payment details and this website has no checkout of its own. Files are available immediately after payment. Questions about a template, a file that will not open, or whether a template fits your situation: message through the Etsy shop. That is the only support channel, and it is the fastest one because it carries your order details with it.

Who writes the templates?
A working IT programme manager. Every template started as something built for a live delivery programme and was then cleaned up, generalised and made reusable.
Why is there no named author?
DeliveryDeskCo is deliberately independent of any employer or client. Publishing under the brand rather than a personal name keeps it that way, and means no client or employer is implied as a reference.
Are the templates methodology-specific?
No. They follow the artefacts rather than a methodology, so they work under PRINCE2, PMI, MSP, SAFe or an in-house framework. The structure of a cutover window or a RAID log does not change with the method.
Do the templates give advice?
No, and that is deliberate. They provide structure — the fields, sections and sequences — and you supply the judgement. Nothing in them tells you what decision to take.
