About the templates
What file formats are the templates?
Microsoft Excel (.xlsx) and PowerPoint (.pptx). They open in Excel 2016 and later, Microsoft 365, and in Google Sheets and Google Slides. No macros, no add-ins and no subscription are required.
Do I need an account or a subscription?
No. Each template is a one-off purchase and an instant download. Payment, VAT and delivery are handled by Etsy.
Can I edit the templates?
Yes. Every sheet, formula, colour and column is editable. The files are structure rather than locked products — they are meant to be adapted to your own project.
Are the templates available in Dutch?
Several of the PowerPoint decks ship in both English and Dutch. The product description states which languages are included.
Can I use them for client work?
Yes. You can use and adapt the templates in your own projects and for clients. You may not resell or redistribute the files themselves as a template product.
Do you offer refunds?
Because these are instant digital downloads they cannot be returned once delivered. If a file will not open or is missing content, contact us through Etsy and we will fix or replace it.
Who makes these templates?
DeliveryDeskCo is run by a working IT programme manager. Every template started as a working document used on a real delivery programme, then cleaned up and generalised.
Is there a free template to try first?
Yes. The RAID Log Template is free, with no email required, so you can judge the quality before buying anything.
