All DeliveryDeskCo templates are sold and delivered through Etsy. Etsy handles payment and delivery; support runs through Etsy messages, because that is the channel that carries your order details with it.
Questions
What software do I need?
Microsoft Excel for the .xlsx templates and Microsoft PowerPoint for the .pptx decks. Recent desktop versions on Windows or macOS all work.
Do the Excel templates work in Google Sheets or LibreOffice?
The RAID Log & Programme Governance Pack is supplied in a Google Sheets version as well as Excel. The others are .xlsx files: they will open in Google Sheets and LibreOffice Calc, but conditional formatting, charts and some formulas can render differently, so Excel is the supported environment.
Are there macros?
No. Everything is delivered as .xlsx, a format that cannot contain macros. The files open without security warnings and pass corporate download policies.
Can I edit everything?
Yes. Nothing is locked, protected, password-secured or watermarked. Add columns, delete tabs, rebrand it, merge it with your own file.
Can I use these at work, for a client, or under my employer's brand?
Yes, on your own projects, including client work. What you may not do is resell or redistribute the templates themselves. See licence and downloads.
How do I get the files?
Instant download from Etsy after payment. The files appear on your Etsy purchases page and in the confirmation email — no waiting and no separate account.
Can I get a refund?
Digital downloads are non-refundable once the files have been downloaded, which is standard for instant-download products. If a file is corrupt, will not open or is not what the listing described, message the shop and it will be sorted out.
A file will not open — what now?
Message the Etsy shop with the order number. Most cases are a partial download or an unzip step; a replacement file is sent the same way.
Do you make custom or branded versions?
No. The templates are published as-is and are designed to be rebranded by you — replacing the placeholder logo and recolouring takes a few minutes because nothing is locked.
Is there a Notion or monday.com version?
No. Everything is Excel or PowerPoint, deliberately: they work offline, in every organisation, without a licence or an account and without a vendor that can withdraw access.
Which template should I start with?
