Licence and Downloads

What you may do with a DeliveryDeskCo template, how delivery works, and where the authoritative terms sit.

Delivery

All templates are sold through the DeliveryDeskCo Etsy shop as instant digital downloads. After payment the files are available immediately on your Etsy purchases page and through the confirmation email. There is no waiting period, no separate account and no physical delivery.

This website does not sell anything directly and has no checkout. Payment, delivery, order records and buyer protection are all handled by Etsy under Etsy's own terms, which take precedence over anything on this page.

What you may do

• Use the template on your own projects, including projects you deliver for a client or an employer
• Edit it in any way: add or remove columns, tabs and slides, change formulas, restructure it entirely
• Rebrand it — replace the placeholder logo, apply your own colours and fonts
• Share the completed, filled-in document with your team, your client and your stakeholders
• Keep using it indefinitely; there is no subscription and no expiry

What you may not do

• Resell, redistribute or give away the template file itself, edited or unedited
• Publish it for download, include it in a paid or free template pack, or list it on another marketplace
• Sell it as part of a course, membership or toolkit
• Claim authorship of the template as a product

In short: the completed work is yours; the template as a product is not. A licence covers one user — if a team of several people each want their own copy, the honest answer is a copy each.

Refunds

Digital downloads are non-refundable once downloaded. This is standard for instant-download products and is stated on every listing. It is not a way of avoiding responsibility: if a file is corrupt, will not open, or is materially different from what the listing described, message the shop and it will be replaced or refunded.

Updates

Templates are occasionally revised. When a template you have bought is updated, the new version is available through the same Etsy purchase — download it again from your purchases page.

No warranty, no advice

DeliveryDeskCo templates provide structure, not advice. They do not constitute professional, legal, financial or risk-management guidance, and they cannot assess your situation. Decisions taken using them — including go/no-go decisions, risk acceptance and financial forecasts — remain yours and your organisation's.

The templates are supplied as-is. Check any formula or calculation against your own figures before relying on it for a decision.
