Why it is free
Buying a template you have not seen is an act of faith. This one is the honest sample: the same structure and the same standard of finish as the paid workbooks, given away so you can judge the quality before spending anything. How to use it
- Log entries as full sentences including the consequence, not two-word labels
- Give every entry one named owner — never a team
- Review it for ten minutes in a fixed weekly slot, filtered to items due in the next fortnight
- Keep closed items, marked closed. The history is what protects you in month nine
Questions about the free template
Is the RAID log really free?
Yes. It is listed as pay-what-you-want with a minimum of zero, so you can enter 0 and download it without paying.
Do I have to give my email address?
Gumroad asks for an email so it can send the file and a receipt, but there is no newsletter signup and no marketing sequence attached to it.
What format is the file?
Microsoft Excel (.xlsx). It also opens in Google Sheets, though conditional formatting renders slightly differently there.
Can I use it commercially?
Yes, in your own projects and for client work. You may not resell or redistribute the file itself as a template product.
